Cassidy Cook has lived in Southern California for over 44 years. She grew up in a family that developed, operated, managed and invested in real estate in Santa Cruz, Santa Ynez, Westlake, San Fernando Valley, Valencia, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, Culver City, and Venice. It is Cassidy’s passion to be your go to Advisor when it comes to everything real estate related.

She believes in consistent education, honesty and dedication. Her reputation is her calling card, which is why she sets such a high bar for customer service to her clients. She strives to give back to her community and enjoys spending time volunteering with women and single mothers in need of guidance. To her, nothing is impossible.

Cassidy’s career prior to real estate included time as a corporate trainer and a manager of elite hospitality establishments. She traveled internationally and always admired the architecture, landscapes, and interior design of properties around the world. She knew it was time to return to her roots in real estate and started her career in commercial real estate at Piken in Studio City Ca. Her first licensed month she brought in 17 million in listing sales.

After being recruited to several notable firms over the years, her business grew to include residential real estate sales. Enter Del Rey Urban Brokerage. The full service brokerage allowed her to use all of her years of experience in one office.

Cassidy follows closely the changes in tax laws, interest rates, and the mortgage and finance
industries, which collectively play an integral role in having success in real estate. She understands that life happens, so to always look at your investments as building generational wealth. She focuses on maintaining a compassionate ethical stance of professionalism and understanding to achieve a legacy for her clients.
