Jennifer HambyAbout Me
Jennifer has been licensed since 2002. Her first transaction ever was a flip for an investor client, while working for a real estate firm. She has also worked as a project manager for a land sales company and became well versed in new construction during that time. She’s also managed REOs for clients such as Chase, as well as being title curative lead. She loves architecture and history, which in large part is why she chose this field as a career, in addition to the flexibility it offered her as a single mother. She works diligently to find her clients flips, second homes, and loves seeing the expressions on her first time buyers’ faces when they close escrow on their new homes.
Her years of experience working with people from all walks of life has contributed greatly to the qualities that make her stand out not only as an agent, but as a person. She is patient, communicative, observant, efficient and works well under pressure. She takes pride in ironing out the kinks without her clients feeling the heat. When she’s not previewing or inspecting properties, you may find her at an estate sale, or attending various community events such as farmers markets, walks or fundraisers. She loves animals and nature. Jennifer is bilingual in English and Spanish.
