DRU Design™ is our in-house design team and system with unparalleled skill and style. Led by Consuela, Founding Partner of DRU, President of the Estates Division and our Chief Beautification Officer, DRU Design has been responsible for the aesthetic excellence of our own projects and those of many of our clients. Investors, buyers and sellers clamor for the opportunity to engage this proprietary tool within the DRU Ecosystem™ to optimize their particular results.

DRU Design services range from floor plan audit to ground up construction, interior design, project management, furniture selection, staging and much more. While this service is offered as a stand alone extraordinary value add for select clientele, the underpinnings imbue the service all of our Advisors offer.

Relocation

DRU’s exclusive clientele is international, and our partners and Advisors who serve them are steeped in the local knowledge necessary to provide best in class service for those clients changing jobs, countries or otherwise need concierge service ranging from movers and logistics to school selection, educational therapists, cultural and civic engagement, health and wellness resources and whatever else is needed to ensure a seamless transition to your new home. DRU Advisors have international reach and the local knowledge and connectivity necessary to ensure you feel at home wherever you are.

Investments

Scott A. Chaplan, Esq., our Founder, Broker, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, has been acquiring properties within California and beyond beginning in 1989. DRU’s California portfolio continues to perform nicely and grow methodically. We intend to develop select multi-family projects, continue with our ADU projects, expand our destination short term rental acquisitions and repositions and buy select single family assets as we always have for either retention within our portfolio as rentals or sale market dependent.

Patient, data driven acquisitions will continue for DRU, and the launch of our DRU Distressed Income Fund will both afford DRU the capital to manage volatile debt markets and rate risk as well as to afford institutional quality investments to a broad swath of investors through our Reg A, Tier II, $50,000,000.00 successive annual offerings.

Our General Counsel, Greene & Chaplan, LLP, is an AV rated real estate, family office and business boutique firm that serves us and our Advisors and key clientele navigate all material transactions including those involving real property.
