Karl Wolf-Morgenlander About Me

Karl grew up in a small town outside of Boston, MA. He studied cultural anthropology at UCLA and business at the University of Finance & Administration in Prague. A former writer, screenwriter, and award-winning children’s book author, he spent the last ten years as a securities trader living in the Czech Republic and Croatia before returning to California to specialize in real estate. Having lived for over a decade in eastern Europe, he knows what it’s like to be a stranger in a strange place, and takes extra care of his clients who are relocating from overseas.

Tenacious, aggressive and relentless in achieving your real estate goals, Karl specializes in helping first-time buyers move into the home of their dreams. He’s not just a real-estate agent, he’s your partner in navigating the exciting and sometimes bewildering world of homeownership. His real expertise is in calming pre-purchase jitters and first-time anxieties. He breaks down the jargon, celebrates every milestone, and advocates fiercely for your best interests. Whether you’re dreaming of a cozy bungalow nestled in the hills, a charming craftsman with a wraparound porch, or a modern condo with city views, he’ll be your partner in crime, cracking open doors and hunting down hidden gems.

Karl is also a licensed public notary and certified loan signing agent who knows mortgage documents like the back of his hand. When not taking care of his clients, he can most often be found at the symphony, opera, or at a chess tournament.
